Mrs. Thompson Williams has an undergraduate degree in Education from Lincoln University (MO) and a graduate degree in Education from Michigan State University.
Chronicles of Praise is all about a woman’s journey as she goes through the darkest corridors of her life, and how she waded through and emerged, basking in the glory of the omnipotent God who gave her the grace to tell her story and inspire others to follow suit.

It was the expectation of death of a loved one that Cheryl had to face head on wherein she sought solace in any source of hope and encouragement. God prepared her for that horrendous journey by giving her 12-mile markers that guided her on her path. Somehow, the Lord had destined her to write books to inspire others.
Accordingly, in “Chronicles of Praise: A Life Journey Through Death,” which she wrote as a journal of her journey with the Lord after she lost her beloved husband to cancer, we are all inspired by Isaiah 25:1 that exclaims we exalt and praise the Name of the Lord God, because in His Perfect Faithfulness, he has done great things, which were already planned long ago. Everything happening to us was in the Lord’s book already. They were destined to happen. Those 12-mile markers given by God and shared in Cheryl’s first book motivated her to write the sequel “Chronicles of Praise: The Rest of the Story.”
Cheryl felt she could share to more people in need the horrible journey she went through with a second book that emphasizes the relevance of these mile markers even more now in these unpredictable times. My Mission Statement: “I want to encourage people to live empowered lives through the realization of God’s love for us all.” We all are on this journey called Life. How well it is traveled can be influenced by our outlook and the choices we make. It is also essential that we are encouraged as well as to encourage other fellow travelers.
